No camera, no lens, just light and photosensitive material. In the photogram series „Fotoligaturen“ I focused on light itself and the transitory objects that can be created, transformed and shaped with light. Abstract Objects that were somehow there, left their traces and that I managed to fixate but on the other hand, as a picture, lack aspects of other photographs. There is nothing fragmentary and they seem somehow solitary and completed. There is no image edge that makes you think about what is beyond the edge. They are photographs of something that was only created for the picture and that lasted only as long as it took to expose the photosensitive paper.
